Pat Wilson is a retired Trane Company engineering manager. A look at the La Crosse River Marsh and a trip to Grandad Bluff helped convince him to take the job back in 1979. Since then, Pat has worked to help preserve the ecological treasures of the Coulee Region. He enjoys the sight of Lookout Prairie in full bloom in July, with the busy pollinators and an Indigo Bunting singing from a lone tree.
